At Chouppinnett Hair Braiding, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver styles that meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer full refunds once a style has been completed. Instead, we offer the following resolution options: 

$30 Deposit

UNSATISFIED WITH YOU STYLE?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome:
 

 

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We will offer a free touch-up or adjustment to correct the issue, as long as it aligns with the original style discussed at booking.

  • Requests for complete style changes will be considered a new service and charged according
     

PARTIAL REFUNDS: 
 

Partial refunds may be issued only in extreme cases where the service was not completed as agreed, and no corrective service is accepted or possible.

NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit their deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit will be applied to the new date.
